My name is Peter Abbott and after serving a 4 year apprenticeship in baking and confectionery, I moved to London to broaden my experience.

I worked in a number of different settings including a Continental Patisserie where I learnt to work with chocolate and marzipan. I then ran my own bakery in Somerset and taught cake decorating at Brunel College in Bristol before deciding to focus on making marzipan figures and Easter Eggs for prestige customers including Harrods, Fortnum and Mason and more recently St James Palace.

Since moving to Essex in 2002 I have built my new business making high quality chocolate wedding cakes.

I am passionate about the quality of the ingredients that go into my cakes and only use the finest Belgian chocolate. My philosophy is that a cake has to taste wonderful as well as look fabulous.
 
I supply a range of designs which are available in different sizes and in milk, plain and white chocolate as well as combinations of these. My cakes are also suitable for any type of celebration and are perfect for any occasion.
