Terms and Conditions
1. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is payable with all order
2. The balance is payable one month before delivery.
3. Cakes are only released after full settlement is received.
4. All payments to be made in cash or personal cheque, including building society cheque.
5. Please make cheques payable to Peter Abbott.
6. Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge.
Delivery
Delivery is charged at 65p per mile (round trip). A minimum charge of £20.00 will be made.
Stand/Knife Hire
A deposit of £200.00 is required (post dated to the date of delivery of the event) which will be fully refunded upon return.
Please note that these items are hired for a specified time only.
Customers are responsible for the safe return of all items within 4 days of the date of the event.
In the case of loss, damage or non-return the deposit will not be recoverable. The deposit is refundable upon safe return only. If you have difficulty in returning the items hired within the specified period please telephone as it may be possible for the hire period to be extended, subject to availability.
Important information about your cake
Never set up the cake where direct sunlight can fall upon it at any time during the day.
Your cake may contain nuts or nut products and has been prepared in premises where nuts are used.
There may be items on the cake which are inedible and not suitable for consumption; these may include pillars, dowels, ribbons etc. These should be removed with care before the cake is cut or eaten.
